I'm after a new exhaust, want to have a decat, or performance cat if they are available, Don't want anything too loud, i've read magnex aren't too loud accept it appears they don't do a decat.

yeah i have a magnex there rly good and make a nice noise and not loud, mine seems loud cuz i got nothing in the back of my car. lol

combined witha decat there nice :D i reccomend a magnex :)

also magnex is the best fittin aftermarket exhaust you can buy off the shelf

whats the advantages of having one of those. Is it virtually the same as a decat.

Where would i get one of those?

yeah k-tec etc. wont be cheap tho. would be cheaper to get a friend who is a welder to make you one or post in the wanted section ?

depending on the year i would get a knackered cat and just knock the middle out so its looks the same and use that as a decat.

yeah any decat/silenced decat will fit. doenst have to be magnex to magnex o scorpion to scorpion etc. i have a magnex cat back system with a ''lunner'' decat

yes but you can get adjustable cats with length and flanges. like mine from mongoose.

Well i think i'm going to get a magnex exhaust cos i don't want anything too loud, its just which decat to get. I'm in the process of fitting a williams engine, would you lose power by having a sports cat from k tec, as apposed to just decat.
