Reluctantly selling my trusty RT as I need a larger diesel car.

1993 1.4 RT Iceburg Silver 5 Door

- MOT'd til 11th Jan 08
- Taxed til end of Dec 07
- 100k Miles
- Timing belt changed 4k miles ago
- Regularly serviced
- Usual RT extras, remote central locking, elecy front windows (1-touch type on drivers), sunroof, power steering, elecy mirrors.
- 1.8 throttle body from Laguna
- 16V front brake conversion
- RSi alloy wheels, 2 Michealin, 1 Uniroyal, 1 random
- Lowered; front - G-max -35mm springs, rear - Koni dampers
- Mountney steering wheel
- 16V dials to account for larger wheels
- Rare old skool ph1 rear badges (only on '91 Clios)
- Sony CD player, JVC speakers in parcel shelf - also have uncut shelf.
- Un-leaky sunroof!!!

Owned the car since January 2005, 3 former keepers. Car was first registered on 13/01/1993 at Kitchens Renault Burnley, it's never lived more than 6 miles from the dealer and has Renault Service history up to 54,000 miles. Since, I've given it regular services (NKG plugs, Champion filters, Castrol oil).

I've replaced:
Radiator - Dec 05
Timing belt - Nov 06
Lambda sensor (Bosch) - Dec 06
Exhaust, middle and back box - Feb 07
Both front bottom arms, both anti-roll bar bushes, both ball joints - April 07

Last MOT suggested both front shock absorbers were wearing out, I've got a pair of valver dampers included in the sale.
Emissions:
Fast Idle Test
CO was 0.028 (limit is 0.200)
HC was 16 (limit is 200)
Lambda was 1.003 (min limit is 0.970, max limit is 1.030)
Natural Idle Test
RPM was 811 (min limit: 450, max limit: 1500)
CO was 0.281 (limit 0.300)

It's no minter, the near side rear arch is suffering from tin worm, and has had a poor repair, the metal is pretty solid under the surface rust. MOT man commented on good structural condition of the car. The n/s rear door was hit whilst parked in Huddersfield, although the door functions fully. The fog lights have been removed as they looked awful, the wiring is still there. The radiator fan is on a switch, I have a new rad' temp' sensor, but havent had time to fit. The wheels haven't been painted professionally.

I'd love to keep it, but I need a very sensible 2nd car (due to my Triumph Dolomite!)

Car is sat on my parents drive (in their way!) in Burnley BB12, 25mins above Manchester.
