The car: -

97’000 miles with full service history up to 84’000 miles, then serviced by myself with receipts to prove and any other work carried out at a Renault specialist.

The bodywork and the interior are in fantastic condition.

The car has had only three former keepers and I have owned the car since October 2006. The previous owner had the car for four years.

I have bills for all the work carried out on the car dating back to the very first check and service. I have personally spent over £2500.00 to get it to the standard it is today.

Since I have owned the car I have replaced the following:-

New starter motor, new Renault exhaust system, new front wheel bearing, new catalytic converter, new front indicators, new clutch cable, new speedo cable, new expansion cap (coolant renewed at the same time), replaced radiator fan, new rear brake pads, new front springs, new front and rear flexible brake hoses, replaced drive shaft, new parcel shelf straps, four new Bridgestone RE 720 tyres, new Renault gear knob, new leather gaiter, new carpet mats, two new drive shaft boots and I have replaced the steering column.

I have also fitted the following non-standard items:-
Genuine Clio 172 Cup springs, genuine Clio Williams wheels in gunmetal grey, Goodridge brake line kit, BB Tuning low temperature thermostat and fan switch, and a genuine Renault Pioneer head unit.

Recently changed items by previous keeper:-

New clutch, cam belt, front brake discs and pads and heater matrix. I have the receipts to prove this work.

I am personally a Clio fanatic and I can say that all in all this is a fantastic car and I defy anyone to find a better example for the money. Obviously this is a 13 year old car and as such there is the odd mark. There is a little bit of rust where the plastic surround meets the bonnet intake and a tiny bit of rust on the very bottom of the right arch, neither of which has got any worse since I have owned the car. Also there is a problem with the sunroof mechanism but it does not leak and is probably an easy fix. This is being extremely picky but I like to be honest!

Any viewing or inspection welcome. Strictly No test pilots or canversers.

MOT April 2008 and TAX October 2007.

Thanks for looking :D
