from the diagnostic check
its in pieces and its plain to see its not healthy! exhaust housing was leaking oil from the bearing housing behind the turbine wheel, so the oil was burnt behind the wheel in the back of the housing before coming out through the blades and down out the downpipe, hence on initial inspection the exhaust side of the turbine looked clean, but the back of the wheel itself and the housing back also is oily and black as hell!
fingers even more crossed now, evidence thats its the turbo has mounted up for a while now so am really hoping that the new unit will sort it!
