Fitting ARB outer bushes

Is there any way to put these on yourself without a press? Confused

Can't quite get the screw to go through and the bush seems to slip off the end Sad

its all new bits too...


(I've got the williams front track, not valver)

Mole grips or a G Clamp. they are a pain off the car, never mind on!
