got a 16v gearbox going into the williams, i'm going to get a new clutch put in aswell, is the uprated one for the renault 5gtt still ok to use (off gfs for £69), with a 16vbox, does this make any difference?

cheers

Yes it's fine to use, had one on my willy engine

Fantastic clutch, but worth doing a soft pedal conversion otherwise the pedal will be very stiff.

The clutch bites really well though never slipped in mine, felt like it could take some stick. Would definately choose it over a standard one!

they are a very on/off kinda clutch and you'll need a few revs to pull off, and yes it is stiffer than an OEM item.

wouldn't bother unless you're pushing over 200 bhp, the std valeo jobbie is more than upto the task.
