Anti virus

Does anyone use a web based one or free downloadable program?

Spoke to some IT geek today who said to not bother renewing my norton as its shit and slows PC's down. He told me what to download but I forgot :oops: Said it was free and what his whole company used it with no problems in 2 yrs.

I use AVG for years....never had a problem. Stick with the Windows Firewall too

eset nod 32 download the trial then find the fix for 99000 years worth of updates

Got to agree AVG excellent works in the background and doesn't slow the PC down to much. It also has lots of regular updates.

I use Avast which is also free and it's always been good to me. Didnt think Zone Alarm was an Anti virus and was just a firewall?

zone alarm security suite has AV.

I use AVG at home and trend corporate AV at work.

Only use it for my private clients and for myself.

Use Sophos at work (i don't pay for that!)
