Chip Wanted

I need a Standard chip for a Williams 2. I have some sort of uprated chip fitted at the mo, the net result is despite fitting new Cat and sensor, the car will not pass the strict emissions test in France. In order to sell the car it needs a MOT. I have relocated to the UK now and need to sell the car in france in order to buy one here :( Can anyone help.

PS funds are low so realistic price please.
