Started the hybrid for the first time earlier today, to find that the fuel rail was pissing out fuel.
It was coming from the end bit, so swapped the end bit with my old one - complete bitch to get out.
Put it on the other rail, sealed it with gasket sealer (can be used for fuel it said), and put it back on the car, and it was still pissing out! I think i must've damaged the end bit slightly when i was struggling to get it out.
Hence i'm after a complete fuel rail with the original end bit on there. Really annoying, 'coz the car's ready to go otherwise! & it started ok! Sounded horribly tappety though - assuming 'coz it ain't had any oil in it for a month! Hopefully it will quieten.
So anyone got one they can get out to me sharpish?
