oil cooler sandwich plate

im looking to buy an oil cooler setup for the turbo but am curious, can i use the sandwich plate which is on the engine at the moment?

maybe a silly question because at the mo its water cooled, but saves me spending mega bucks on an oil cooler kit, i can just buy a rad and some hoses?

how many row oil cooler will be sufficient?

air cooled would be cheaper otherwise rad hoses pump etc.

just sorted a sandwich plate and lines, just gotta get a rad, how many rows do i need?
