Williams head

Hi guys,

The head on my hybrid is shafted and is burning oil like no tomorrow so i'm after a replacement head.

Anything considered really but it has to be in working condition, ideally ready to go on straight away but i'm willing to get a bit of work done to it if need be.

If you've got one thats ported, polished, cammed up etc then thats even better!

i have a valver head all working everything attached no mods that i know of done to it though

ive got a williams head with 6 bent valves tho, was on 70k when it came off

Thanks for the reply but ideally i'm looking for a head ready to go on, don't want to have to have it reconditioned (unless it's a simple thing to fix 6 bent valves but i don't think it is?)

valves are £84 plus vat for a set of FOUR inlets from Renault....and they only come as fours.

IS that teh same with the exhaust valves from renault, i got 8 new exhaust valves at £10 each inc VAT from a local motor factors when i ahd my head gone over as mine were warped

exhaust valves can be got for 6-7 at factors....thing is williams inlet are RENAULT ONLY :shock: grrrr

I think i'm just gonna go back to standard and get the head fitted by a friend of mine as i can't really be bothered spending money on it at the moment, just need to get it running right!

If you can PM me about the head craig that would be sweet, i'll probably have it off you if it's ready to rock! 8)

Does it come with standard williams cams etc?

just use a 1.8 head mate, common as muck them and slap ur willy cams into it, be reet and shudnt loose to much through the 1 or 2 mm smaller inlets or whatever
