For sale. No MOT or Tax

Was to be fixed up for MOT.

Near full Service history
Engine on 83k with a rebuild about 10k ago
Clean interior
No rust on rear arches, body work is pretty good.
Gearbox and clutch fine

Known issues,

Needs new front springs (I have replacement shocks all round)
Rear wheel bearing (drivers side)
Subframe
there is also a small hole that needs welding up.

I want £1000 Would I be better breaking?

yeah i think you should break it as i have just crashed mine and need bonnet front bumper both wings and the boot ! so if ya do give me a pm !

Subframe is weak and has a rust hole, and the hole i'm not too sure where, it was a friend who looked it over for me rather than spending out for an MOT. I think it was towards the back.

It is glass, it has been cleaned out since then tho... Heated rear window shattered one morning on the way to work. Luckily had tints to keep it in place. Photo's were taken the day the window was replaced.

Some other small points to make you aware of.

A guy off here came to have a look on Friday, and noticed a couple of issues I didn't know of...

Sills are rusting, and there is a little play in the steering also, was broken into last night, so stereo has gone and parcel shelf, and there is damage to the drivers lock.

Car is not really driveable, maybe very short distances... brakes have seized, and also, the wheel bearing is very noticable....

I viewed this on Friday. It is a very nice car which will require little work to make it a top example again. Low mileage, clean alloys and no rusty arches. I have had to pass this opportunity up due to other comitments.
