Need 1 ASAP, mines an early ph1 valver so can't access the pump from the rear bench, not sure if that means its a diff pump.

any pictures mate - when u find one ?
i sent him one but i think it was different to his
I have one but not certain if its working.
Turned out at the time the problems i was having was with the live wire and not the pump.
So this has become spare but untested.

Maxiboy - sorry haven't got round to posting it back, bit difficult to get to post office at the mo with no car :( Was the 1 you sent me from a unit where the level sender was seperate to the fuel pump or were they together?
separate mate. think all phase 1,s were

Bugger, weird how its a different size? Im guessing if I did order a 'motorsport upgrade fuel pump' off ebay it wouldn't fit my car either then :(
not really had to mod my holder to get it to fit. different filter and fixings

hmm might see if I can bodge that pump you sent me into the holder, thing is its so small compared to the old one Im pretty sure it will just fall straight out :(
How did you bodge yours? Also how do you get the plastic surround apart, got the pump out eventually but could seperate the plastic bits, looked like there was a long piece of spring loaded metal holding it together?
wrapped mine in rubber layer from bike inner tube then fitted it. mine housing had little plastic clips and needed cutting to fit the new pump
