exhausts

right, i understand this question must come up time and time again, but my current exhaust system is crap, and i need something new, a decent as i'm going to get my new shocks awell (bit of a mini makeover) what the crack with exhausts, any ideas on who to go for? magnex? mongoose? also, my car has no cat, how much can i pick one up for? as MOT time is coming soon :cry:

i have a mongoose and had one on my old Evo, i like the sound, but build quality is a bit questionable as they are more of a 'weld and fly out the door' company, had a few problems with the one on my evo and a couple on my williams, easily sorted but i would personally go for a Magnex if i were to change.

Cat? im in the same boat as you! so im on the look out for one, you may be lucky and pass without one!

do not get mongoose imo they are pants. rattle, knock and knock again oversized pipeing.....No need for the bore, it sticks out a mile aswell :lol: I just got a scorpion which is abit smaller they dont seem to bad. Magnex is also a good option which is even smaller iirc. Shame the mongoose is such an ear ache with its knocks as it sounds good when you foot it

just got a powerflow, its spot on fella! not to noisy either.

Id have magnex or scorpian normally. Sit well 99% of the time and always sound great.

i'm on the lookout for an exhaust aswell i like the look of the omp one on ebay but no one seems to now much about them

I want an exhaust too but want to change the manifold too, does anyone know if magnex do manifolds for my hybrid

I have a spare cat if any of ya want one. Powerflow are pretty good. ive had mine 2 1/2 years with no problems.
