right bottom is from the new valve thats fitted in the fuel rail. side is the extended fuel return to the tank. hose on top connects where the other one used to on the inlet manifold. mines on the slam panel right of bottom pic
what about the return thats taken off, theres a connection on the fuel rail?blocked off?also the valve that sits in the end of the old reglulator housing, whats it look like and can i get hold of it seperatly?
and joining the fuel lines?
yes the standard return is blocked off. i used a short length of fuel pipe and a bolt.
the valve in the fuel rail is supplied in the clio kit.
either replace the line from the bulkhead or join from the place. kit includes a joiner fuel hose and clips but shit instructions.
cheers again mate, thing is as am gettin the valve on the cheap, may not get a kit with it so i need to go parts collecting!
ai np mate, will keep it to that post!
my cup has a fuel rail with no built in return.
what just a fuel in.
pics please
yup fuel in and the return comes straight off the adjustable reg which is bolted on the end.
will post pics up now one sec.
lemme know if you want a clearer pic of anything i'll go out and get one.
just looking through the cup workshop manual, looks like a standard part for cup racers, or maybe even 91/92 valvers?
thats what mine looks like now but was/is a 91/92 valver and didn,t have that till i fitted a version using an fse
Part number for the adjustable regulator on the end:
BOSCH - B 280 500 581
Probably cheaper than an FSE power boost valve, and bolts right in to the end of the rail.
Straight from the cup manual...
Fuel pressure regulator:
It may be replaced by an adjustable fuel pressure regulator ref: 7711 068 246 which requires the fitting of injector block ref: 6001 023 889.
So those are the two reno part numbers for the rail and adjustable regulator 8)

but am sorted now, bolt, bit of pipe and cheap as chips FSE!
