Let me describe my tuning project Renault Clio 1.8 16v 1992
This car is comming up with uprated parts from the factory
The 1.8 (F7P) is promising for turbo conversion
Here is the conrod and the piston which is 1 mm cut off from it's forehead.

Here is an advatnage of this engine. The little oil nozzle which is cooling the pistons.

I've made a custom exhaust manifold (for IHI turbo in the beginning), then for garret GT28R (T25 flange)
Here is my first turbo compressor:

I used aluminium covered 55 mm pipes for my turbo paths and samco silicon hoses.

The intercooler is from audi a6.

I've bought a Sachs Racing clutch kit

My plan is the car to run at 1.5 bar boost. That means - bigger injectors. In my case Bosch 803 (400cc)

I decided to use the factury ECU after I tested MegaSquirt on my car and also bought MPX4250 map sensor

I've also bought an XRD display unit which can diagnose R21 Turbo,Clio 16v, R19 16v realtime via ODB.
