Im just still glad to have my ankle but stilly bugger here was worrying about putting goggles on - ill go for ankle pads next time!

Had 4 hours sleep last night, knew i shouldnt have started the job!!

Sounds like my sort of accident, the most painful side of not breaking something, in the most inexplicable of ways!!! (i have a burn on my chest from cooking an egg in my pants lol pics if i can face up to the shane that much!)

I stupidly wedged a caliper in place that i just bought from winston in between my feet. I wasnt thinking straight what can i say.

Ill just get the people who are powder coating them to clean em i think lol.
