k reg 1.8 16v £400
quick background on the car:
bought it for £1300 about 7 mnths ago.
clutch started slipping badly after only two weeks of driving it and then refused to go into 3rd or 5th gear.
left on a neighbours drive for the past 6 months and hasnt been moved.
the tax and m.o.t have both run out and it is declared SORN
the car is for sale at a sensible price (im still losing £900 :shock: )
so therefore there shall be NO OFFERS,NO PART EX, and genarally NO TIMEWASTERS please
the car is on the wirral which is between north wales and liverpool.
the engine was fine when last used with no smoke or rattles,started first time everytime and pulled smothly as you'd expect.
90,000 miles,no history apart from two stamps in the service book,but it came with all the clio handbooks from new.condition of the interior i think backs up the milage as genuine as there are no rips tears or worn patches on the seats.
only niggly problem it had was a squeel on full lock right which i was told just needed the pas belt adjusting.
bodywork is good overall,no real scratches or dents to show and the rear arches are solid with a few bits of surface rust just starting to show on the arch lips.only needs a rub down and blow over.
few stonechips to bonnet and needs a bloody good wash!
as said the car has been stood for 6 months so one tyre is completly flat the others need pumping up.probably due new tyres anyway and there is an ats tyre place round the corner from were the car is who could throw some new 1s on it f you were thinking of towing it home!
battery is flat (ovbiously) and dont have a charger,although i may be able to borrow one if the need arsises.
car will go 'as seen' except the cd player and speakers which i am keeping.

i have been as honest as possible with the description,and will be sad to see this car go.
if i still have it this time next week i will be advertising elsewere but putting it on here first as id prefer it to go to another clio owner.
