ok, after my last outing the other day i want to go back, im looking at going either the 17th june(sunday) or 1st july(sunday), at mo thinking the 17th but just have abit of work to do on the 16v so will know soon enough!

both are £139 with www.donington-park.co.uk

there run as 20min sessions, novice/int/expert and its a good set-up but more important, quality track!
btw its no-where near as slippey as it use to be since they re-tarmaced it iirc, it nailed it down the other day i went and i had no grip issues running eagle f1s!

just a note, these are both 98DB days, so incase anyone is very noisy lol and they have sound meters all around the circuit now!

chris in all honesty mate novice was a walk over last time, my mate is also driving at this one and it will be his first time, i think you will be fine, not like your car is slow lol!

Yeah get down m8. I'd offer a passenger ride but I wouldn't expect anyone to pay £20 for passenger laps! About 5 quid at oulton which is more like it imo.

I suppose the good thing with me being in a different catagory than you Richy is we can go in each others....make the time between goes go quicker

yeah would like that, my mate is comign as 2nd driver with me, but as said hes not done a trackday and only had 2 runs out in my 16v at a test day lol

id like to see difference the springs make to yours too, still thinking on what to do with my 182! :lol:

chris's cup was also flying along! panned a CTR at the end of day too lol

Was a great day. Can't believe the weather! Gutted tho....sure I pressed the record button at the start of the session when I panned the CTR (it even beeped) but there is nothing after the exterior vids!

Really enjoyed it but I defo needed to bring the semi slicks as the contis got too hot very quickly. Also not sure my car is running well at top end. seems to pull really well low down but I was only getting just over 110 on the dunlop straight but that could be down to me understeering all over lol

sorry no pics from me, didnt have my digi cam with me! just whats on video when it gets uploaded(wont be for a few days)

max i hit was 115 down that straight, but always hit 110 just depends how i exited the corner!!

managed to carry 115 through craner curves too and had a off there as i didnt warm the tyres up and started chasing a vr6! lol :lol:

was a great day tho!

oh chris i had a slight problem on the way home a wheel tryed leaving the car :shock: lol had to pull into the services and fix it! :lol:
