ive owned this car 7 months and its been super reliable!

a few mods have been done, which are as follows...
ph2 16v seats
full 16v front suspension inc arb/hubs/wishbones/shockers etc
16v rear shockers
lowered 35/40mm front and rear
16v front brakes(259mm vented discs/calipers etc etc)
mintex 1144 front pads
15" bbs 5 spoke alloys
currently on 185/55/15 tyres but will be having 2 new 195/50/15s for the mot as there on the limit!
k&n filter(this was on the car when i got it) no std box available!
std exhaust system with new backbox
clio 16v spoiler and front splitter
clio 16v steering wheel

i have just serviced the car(plugs/filters/oil etc)
and it has loads left on the pads and rear shoes!
as said it has been super reliable for me, only had to do one thing which was a coil pack 2 week ago as it started misfireing which i got brand new from reno!

this car does not have central/remote locking, or any stuff like electric windows/mirrors/sunroof, its all manual which i still find amusing after 8 year of electric everything! it also has a manual sunroof which has never leaked once so far! (unbeleivable i know)


the only bad bits i can think of are the rear archs have started to bubble/rust over xmas and could do with a quick tidy up, other then that its a solid little car but has to make way for the new car which arrive next month!

this is it last year with the 15" steelies, as said it now has bbs 15" 5 spoke alloys which seem to suit it much better imo!

@dancliovalver.. i think it looks better with these alloys but i know what you meant, if it had a bigger engine shoved in then the steelies would be ideal! :D

yes the misfire has been cured, it was the coil pack as said, it also had new plugs/fuel filter/oil filter/oil etc a week later when i serviced it, i will check on the cambelt, but its due its 2nd change this year as its 10 year old

something i missed is the rear archs are bubbling, usual mk1 clio! i will get some pics of them too
