172 Cup Vs Golf GTi Edition 30

Went for a blast with our mate who had the "loan" of an Edition 30 GTi so me him and Chris went for a blast.

The Golf is an awesome piece of kit, looked tasty and was fast as ****, you could feel all 230 horses 8)

2nd gear was the best for the Cup he pulled at the beginning, realed him back a little then he shot off top of 3rd and 4th

3rd Gear he pulled straight away and no catching.

Deffo had the legs easily on the Cup.

Be interesting to see it against Chris's Cup, think it would be a diff story a lot closer.

Would deffo have one of these if they werent the price of a house :shock:

Yeah, bloomin nice cars these MkVs. A secondhand GTi chipped to 250bhp would be a better buy :twisted:

Yeah deffo Paul the lad who was driving the ED30 has a mk5 Gti also, just needs to get the motor mapped and he's laughing, he was commenting on how slow his felt after being in the Edition 30
