Get rooting through scrappies, you want :

Renault 21 turbo injectors
Renault 21 turbo map sensor

Then try and get the log manifold from abroad for cheap, make up the hose run with silicone from raldes, fittings from think auto, charge cooler from www.chargecooler.co.uk.

then its downpipe, throttle plate, head gasket and chip from bb

ive just put a little wishlist together on bb.

full rebuild with forged pistons and conrods. and turbo bits.

came to £1900 but i left out things like injectors map sensor and turbo

and the q is. to intercool or charge cool

we'll see what happens. im forever changing my mind. but the williams is a keeper i think and an engine rebuild is a nice challenge.

anyone know of any parts for sale please let me no

you don,t need forged rods or pistons to do this conversion really. just if your going to rev over 7500 8000 lots.

ai mines, std internals on 9psi - 220 break pretty much so no slouch! 8)

think standard rods are good for 350bhp or more as long as you don,t over rev. standard crank 500bhp. decent cast pistons over 300bhp as long as you don,t over rev.

well looks although i may do it without doing anything to the internals, then i can upgrade in time wen i feel the need for the extra power.

whats the deal with sorting the comp ratio? do i skim the head put thick gasket in skim the pistons??

gonna be ordering some bits by the end of the week.

need contacts for inlet adapter, oil feed, battery box and wire.

shall i charge cool or intercool??

any help please throw it this way

chargecooler is easier to fit in without rippin bumper etc apart!

i think mine had head skimmed a bit to account for thicker head gasket, keeping the compression std.

yeah doesn,t look bad similar to what i have. yeah either run a thicker head gasket or low compression cast pistons. battery box any rally place 20 quid. battery cable about the same. oil feed and return any rally supplier just need to tee into the oil pressure switch and run a braided hose into the turbo.
