Is it a 5mm punch? What kind of punch do I need exactly :S Did a quick browse through ebay and there seems to be loads of different types??

Plus all the punch's seem to be in imperial sizes not metric?
use a tapered (starter punch) and then summat smaller than 5mm erm not sure on what that is metric lol

Can I re-use the pin or is it essential to get a new 1?
yes mate you need a 5mm parallel pin punch.

not really apart from the slight risk of your shaft
coming out on a right turn :lol:
The hyrbids and 0171's came out with a drill bit this weekend.....
0171 was wire ringed aswell - very impressed !!!!
