WINSTON
got his old rear beam of his RSibrid, no lower than my rear beam was before, he cheated and used 13" wheels
what the usual drop then 40/60/80/100
fronts tend to be 35mm,60mm i think. rear is adjusted till it looks right, not really measured in mm, i usually say mine is down 55mm all round but in all honesty i have no idea, its just low!
Mines 40mm at the front, and about 50 at the back. To give you an idea.....

I think most people go for 35/40mm at the front and the back adjusted to what you prefer as Coops said.

Take a good luck its going back up next week - standard time is coming home! mine must be quite low for a williams - doubt anyone would put up with it as long as I have like that... should see it at the front when two people are in!
