thank god your V5 came thru mate! as you stated

are you crazy???? theres no way i wouldve sent the V5 onto the new buyer to fill out, whos to say if you sent it to them that they would have changed the registered keeper??? they could do all sorts of law breaking on the roads with the car still registered to you?

Yeah thats what i thought mate.

But the DVLA :shock: said if i dont receive the V5 in time i can send it out to them after i have sold the car to fill-in and sent away. Which i thought was abit dodge. They said just make sure i get a receipt.

Anyway got the V5 now :D :D
