VALVER - Ph 1 V's Ph 2

I see this red Ph 1 valver all the time, it seems to live in heywood and works on caldershaw Ind est. Lee tried having a go at it the other day when he was driving my car but he was having none.

Anyway so today, I sees it, sat at the Tesco roundabout at the bottom of Roche valley way in left hand lane to turn left. I got in the right hand lane at the side of him and followed him to the left - this is a 2 lane dual carriage way for those who dont know. He knew it was game on as I gave it big licks (lol) from settin off an he quickly pulled in behind me.

Pulled about 3/4 car lengths on him before i slammed on for the camera (cheese), I didnt notice but the police were sat in a left hand turn, my opposition quickly turned right off the dual carriage way onto tweedale street, I was then pulled by the plod further down the road. LOL

Told I was going like a "bat out of hell", given a quick tellin off and sent on my way. Second time I've managed to get away with it by smiling politely. LOL

However, I dont think it was a long enuf run to determine properly, and the intervention brought it to a halt. I'm sure we'll cross paths again soon.

I never see other valvers on the road, i live up that way and the only other one ive seen on the road is pickie's! Lucky escape with the police though, ive still never been stopped touch wood.

bin stopped twice in my life.

Both times just got told off and sent on my way.

True. Its a nice Ph 1 actually, just a shame its chavved up with blue tinted headlights cos clean ones are rare now!

i rarely see any 16v or williams about here! so never get the chance to compare except for when at meets etc

I dont take the chance, cos it aint worth 3 points to me.

This thing drives around with its fog lights on ALL the time an all which is another one of my pet hates. In all honesty I just wanted a bit of comparison. No doubt I'll get it soon enuf! LOL
