Starting from the inside and working clockwise in sequence follow:
3daN.m : 1st Stage
5daN.m : 2nd Stage
Wait for a minimum of 3 minutes... Then loosen all bolts completely...
Following that retightn to 2.5daN.m and angle tighten to 107 Deg.

The Williams workshop manual says:
1st tightening - 30Nm
2nd tightening - 50Nm
Wait 3 mins and loosen completely
1st retightening - 25Nm
2nd reightening - 107' +- 2'
Just noticed, must be reading the same thing as Bri.
