Whats involved on them? Are they worth doing?

My missus will be using the car soon aswell as me and me her fiesta - We've been out a few nights now to get her used to it but she's really really struggling (yes she is a 100% woman wimp)..

Anyone done one?

just let her get used to it imo, why take the box off and feck about with it just cos she's not used to it? she will warm to it mate, just a matter of time.

oh but fyi i think its a volvo clutch fork that replaces it, not sure which one though
