Alright guys i'm putting up my much loved clio 16v for sale! It’s taxed till the end of the year and tested till end of April.
It's a standard 1.8 on a J-plate, has covered approx 65k genuine miles and has two former keepers (my brother and his mate).
At 54,000 it had a new cam belt and auxiliary belts, water pump, spark plugs and oil & filter change. I also changed the oil about 5k ago, so will probably need doing again soon.
In general the car is standard apart from:
- A full decat Powerflow exhaust system
- K&N filter
- Set of TSWs (don’t have the turbines anymore).
I’ve also recently fitted a new steering column and a new clutch pedal and cable.
As I say, the car is in very good condition for its age.
Email me at davwilly2002@yahoo.co.uk for further details or call: 07798623394

just to answer some Q's:

The rear arches are good - no rust, and the bodywork in general is pretty damn good (looks really nice polished up). There a couple of small stone chips here and there. Also, the strip around the sunroof needs repaintin, but shouldn't be any beef to get sorted.

The only other thing apart from that is that the clutch is somewhat heavy - though it still bites fine and doesn't slip.

The engine is sweet as a badger's weener and runs really well - no knocking or noisy camshafts, no flat spots or irratic idling. Performs as it should.

I'm already selling it lower than its true value for its age, mileage and condition, but i'll let it go for £800 in light of these things. Can't say fairer than that.

Get onto it!:)
