After owning the cup for nearly 2 years, its now time to let it go as a new project is underway. Im selling the car as whole with a large spares package included. Its been a 100% reliable race machine for the 2000 miles I have done in it and its just incredible on the track The car has done only 7 Track Days since I have had it achieving consistent 56 second laps at Brands Indy. The car handles unbelievably well, it drags you into the corner flat, posied for the exit, quite remarkable suspension/geometry setup. The car is also registered to the DVLA on a K registration and only needs a horn and CAT to pass MOT, even have the previous TAX disc, run out this month. The car has been maintained to an extremely high standard and has proved very reliable. This is a very quick and reliable car that you could race in or just to have some fun on the track.
Chassis Setup - Williams Chassis, 3/4 degrees adjustable negative front camber, adjusted front castor, slight toe in adjustment. Rare quick Cup steering rack. Lightened glass. Weight approx 850kg.
Interior 1 x Sparco FIA Race Seat in red (have two new Evolution type buckets in blue with helmet surrounds which can be included), Willians 5 point harness, 6 point Devil Cage with rear arch brace support and driver/passenger side impact bars. Fire extinguisher plumbed into engine bay & c**kpit area. Braided fuel hose. Emergency exterior engine cut off and extinguisher release. Race pedals. Kartronics lap timer.
Suspension - Decarbon Race Shocks, Dampers & Race springs, with wider Williams track. Suspension professionally setup by Andy Cattani (Race car specialist)
Wheels - Lightweight Magnesium Speedline alloys (not heavy Williams ones ;-) Tyres - 195/45/15
Engine - 'Blueprinted' (lightened internals) FP7 1.8 16v approx 150bhp, upgraded 'Cup' ECU (8000rpm), Open induction. Full Clio race exhaust with decat. Quicker than a standard F7R in a straight line. Oil/filter changed every session. Recently rebuilt by Teamthink Racing.
Brakes - Standard front/rear discs with upgraded pads. Brake cooling through front bumper.
Bodywork Condition Rear arches are clean with no rust, both rust protected recently. Obviously being a race car no car parking dents, but does have a few battle scars but nothing worth mentioning. Solaris Technology sponsors/decals will be left.
