Bored at work so decided to see what internet browser is the lightest on the memory as i have a pritty old laptop at home and normally open multiple pages within it.
I went to the same 4 internet pages within each browser, let the PC settle down for 30 seconds then recordsed the memory useage for that single service.....
Firefox 2 - 5.43MB 47.5mb memory used
Netscape - 18.3MB 99.9MB memory used
IE7 - 14.8MB 65.9MB memory used
Opera - 6.25MB 50.3MB memory used
Quiet intresting so i thought id share it with you.... :D
