Right, the time has come to upgrade. This meens i have to sell my much loved RT. No expense has been spared with this car and i recently worked out that i have spent just under £3000 all together on this car.
right, the car is a 1996 Renault clio RT 1.4. Due to cambelt failure it has had a very healthy 1997 engine fitted.
Spec:
1400 cc
Powerflow cat-back s/s exhaust (sounds very nice)
lowered 55mm at the front on a full new suspension
torsion bar lowered to suit
Fox evo 3 15" alloys with two new tyres ( 1 alloy is badly kerbed others are ok)
full 16v interior in good condition
16v roof spoiler
I have recently had the whole front suspension replaced due to a little chav pulling out on me on an island, it was wet and i either hit him or went up the kerb, i chose the second option hence the badly kerbed allloy. after this i had new struts, balljoints, wishbones and topmounts fitted.
also recently had two new tyres, front brake pads and a new engine. The cambelt snapped on my old engine. i couldnt bare to drive around in a 1.1 fiesta so i had the engine changed straight away. the engine fitted now has 68k on it and pulls very nice and strong for a 1.4! i had a full new cambelt kit fitted with the new engine! the old engine is still in my garage with no damage, this will be included in the sale.
The bodywork on the car is pukka. it gets washed every week, waxed, claybarred and polished when needed using nothing other than meg's or zymol products.
