Managed to escape from Burnley a couple of weeks ago, and moved to Huddersfield. Just started at the uni' here.
Problem is, I don't know my way round at all! And isn't there some members round here?
Need to find the best motor factors and shops, if anyone can help? Not Halfrauds! :P
Seems an alright place, exhaust having a hard time of it tho. :( Can't live with a 60mm drop round here. :( Adjusting the old torsion bar again this weekend!

Not really any good motor shops I can think of unless you want chavved up bits.
Storthes is pretty cool we used to go to d bar on a sunday all the time last year. Went last sunday and it was a bit pants tho.

Uni is pretty cool! Don't remember that much of freshers week, as ya can imagine. :P
With my car parked up, I'm back on my mountain bike. And theres some pretty sick tracks round here... check this out:

Big group of us went for a walk round the old mental hospital buildings last night! Midnight, pitch black, heavy fog and no lights round this place:

Managed to get inside, pretty freaky. Some old furniture is left and theres loads of holes in the floor boards.
The girls got kinda freaked out and we didn't stay long. :P
Most of the old mental hospital was cleared for the student flats, but that building, the Morg and some of the nurses quarters are left, all in ruins. Along with loads of underground tunnels leading to the morg (they had quite a big turn over! :P).
This place is cool!
Hate not having a job and its only been 3 weeks! :P Haven't any money for anything! So job searching again now. :x
Halfords is on the ring road (heading towards bradford from town) behind university just after the canal is Aspley auto parts (you can get wc and university discount there)
For nuts and bolts danlet is across the road from Uni....
What else do you need mate - paint - Woods auto factors is down near Visage night club....also brake pads and spanners.

The bike tracks are awesome i've fallen off on em so many times tho.
Freshers week? We're still goin out every night and its 3 weeks since we started uni lol. Think i'm doin some damage tbh my sides are hurting now hopefully gonna have a night off tonite and see if i can recover a bit lol

burglary ;-)
when i was young an old asda store shut down... we gained access via removing an airconditioning fan and crawling through the pipwork, was eerie all the offices where still full of furnishings
been round there a few times was huge before it was ripped down well spooky tunnels buildings
was a good day out
