Well.... on saturday i was on a 2 lane roundabout going straight across.... on the left... a megane on the right lane.... both going round... went slightly ahead and all of a sudden i hear a big bang... the divvy bitch had drifted into my lane and hit the middle of my car with her front passenger side.... :cry: :cry:

Spoke to the insurance Monday and they said they dont see how she can try and say its my fault cause of the position of the damage.... So this afternoon i've got to take it to a few garages for quotes!

I didnt realise how bad the damage was till i took pics in the sunlight this morning I nearly cried ! :-({|=

Hopefully it wont be too long until she's as good as new again! :mrgreen:

Ha ha.... i had 2 mates in the car... didnt even feel it just heard a massive bang!!

The dumbass woman stopped dead in the middle of the huge roundabout and she had 2 young kids in her car! Idiot!

Can't see too many dents though. Looked a fair bit of bumper scrapes, and those should come right with scratch removal cream. But if you are claiming insurance, give it the full works.

Don't look like it's got any structural damage, it should fix up nicely. Just have to get through the hassle of fixing her up, that's all.

to be fair it goes up regardless, mainly because in places like Manchester alone they reckon at LEAST 20% of drivers have no insurance, tax or mot :o

I hate insurance... mine's more than doubled and I've gone down a group... okay, mods declared but still feel analy violated! lol

I loved fiesta rentals. Back in the 80s when everyone hated fiestas, I would hire them regularly and bash them around on brit B-roads and max out the 1.1litre at 95mph on the M roads. Good memories. :) Hope they steer better these days.

They could well argue it wasn't their fault. A van driver drove in to the side of me a year or so ago and argued for 50:50. It was my relentless pursuit, backed up with proper CAD drawings of the junction, with vehicle swept paths on, and photos (had just been on a site visit so had my camera) that won out.

Still took some arguing.

i thought she would but neither me or my insurance have heard from her insurance yet.... i dont even know if she reported it!

My insurance have checked her out and she does have a valid policy with churchill as she told me so they've written to them!

I sent off the 2 quotes today so guess i just have to wait and see!
