fuelling problems

had my 1.4 RT 8v on the RR yesterday and the guy tells me its running rich bottom end and lean top end, the reading was 81.75 at the fly which isny bad for a 14 yr old car, however does anyone know how to sort this problem, i dont notice it while driving but it would b nice to get its full capability if u know wat i mean.
