If you know how to change proxy for the browser, try using <203.68.16.2:80> or <203.68.16.2:8080> Might work better for you guys who are having problems.

Change the who :? How do I do that?
This is really getting on my wick. It's been like that for the past week or two
If you are using firefox, check out the screen capture jpeg. Am afraid I don't have IE on my PC, so someone else will have to do a screen capture on that proxy. Fill in the proxy info and restart the browser. YMMV as these are Taiwan proxies.
Another proxy that I have tested working with williamsclio.

^showing me that is like teaching a dog algebra i'm afraid
I get 5 mins max then it won't work for a few hours, couldn't get on at all yesterday
Only for firefox users.
Make sure you note existing settings, so that you can revert back to normal.
1) Start firefox
2) Go to TOOLS>OPTIONS menu command
3) Click on the GENERAL icon in the OPTIONS window
4) Click on the CONNECTIONS SETTINGS... button
5) Select MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION
6) Select USE THIS PROXY SERVER FOR ALL PROTOCOL
7) Type 203.145.203.253 into HTTP PROXY
8) Type 80 into PORT
9) Click OK to all the windows
10) Restart firefox
Initial start-up should be a bit slow but should be fine after that. If it don't work, revert back to your old proxy setting (which most likely was DIRECT CONNECTION TO INTERNET)
firefox was on a par with i.e for me... shit! :D

Me too,
Really been struggling to get on for over a week.
If anyone needs me, best using E-mail or phone.
