View Full Version : How can i find a rubber bung for the rear wiper hole????
Seriously thinking about taking out the rear wiper this weekend, but dont wanna be left with the rubber bit sticking out, like someones broken it off! Is there any way/place i can get a rubber bung for it so it sits flush with the tailgate??
Cheers,

dont know about a bung, but would some body filer not do it?
smooth it over and spray :)
If you are just after a rubber grommit, you can pick one up from a local auto store for about 10p. I would probably put a little sealant of some sort around it to prevent any water getting under it and sitting there which may cause rust though.
what size bung do u need mate ?
we use RS components for all our stuff at home and work.

Get it fillered and smoothed IMO
Bungs look just as wank as a bolt sticking out imo
if its a ph2 you can't get a bung as its an egg shaped ghole, i took the wiper out and masticed up the hole in teh rubber bung
