The weather seems to have brought out all the tarts in there boxsters
Had a play with an old shape base model last night and pulled 1-2 car lengths from 20-90, the guy was pretty decent and pulled over for a chat after.

This afternoon had a play with a older shape boxster S (Bit closer this time)
and it was nigh on even again from 30-100 with him eeking away slightly as we approached the ton mark. He didnt look that impressed and wouldnt even look at me at the next set of lights

The new 3.2S is making about 270bhp to, topping out at 170mph, love porsches, exellent drivers cars, very involving, and rewarding, not sure i could have a boxter sitting at the door tho, bit gurly!!!

Boxster S's are fookin quick, I've been in one and was blown away. Don't think my Williams would keep up with one so you guys must have some freaky valvers/willys

Maybe it was the newer shape one? As they are a lot quicker then the older shaped ones I encountered the other day. The older shaped S only has a power to weight of 180bhp per ton, easily in reach of a seriously stripped 150 bhp 16v

the boggo boxster and boxster 'S' are completely different animals, the 'S' are fast as **** and would beat most people's cars off here... bar the ridiculous ones

No, the older S only has 16bhp less than the new one so there's not much difference between them. Both over 200bhp/tonne. You must have a very fast Clio or something.

to stop any confusion, the one i played with was a new s, he stayed the same distance behind me as in i wasnt gaining on him at all and im sure if there was room he would have easily gone past me, never the less im sure he was impressed with how the clio performed, gave a little thumbs up when i left the motorway

my mate had a boxster s for a bit when i had my red valver hybrid and we had a few good races, they do handle well and there was not much between the 2 cars in a straight line
my red clio did a 14.2 qtr mile without nitrous so it was quick, the porsche looked the bollox tho proper bird puller id have 1
