Yeah I don't think they've ever been painted.

The wheels look much of a bright gold to me.
If your after top money then you need history, depending upon the condition of the original car bodywork can be sorted easily if it's not been a total rust bucket.
I like to have both, the amount of williams that I looked at that just had a few scraps of paper put me off, if your looking at holding onto the car I think it's nice to have everything intact!
Picture was taken with an iPhone 4 so maybe the colors wouldn't be perfect.what about a car that's sitting all resprayed and looking mint but has had a load of metal cut out and welded in but has loads of paperwork,or would an original shell that has no rust or repairs to it but also has had a nice respray but no history be better?
really depends on the buyer mate, obviously an original shell is better that a repaired one.
Wouldn't get worked up about the wheels. Photo is poor quality - so hard to tell. Unless obviously wrong (you've been tangod) - I can't tell if wheels are right or wrong shade from pictures
It's become a shelf
I suppose it has,I want to get it resprayed when I get my Dimma project finished.
