throttle bodied engine

i'm woundering what is your opinion about with spec of engine is better to throttle bodied.

I have ITB's from gsxr750 - 4x42mm and two option od engine to use.

first is : megane F7R bottom end + F7P head (inlet valve 30mm)
the secound is : megane F7R bottom end + F7R head (inlet valve 33mm)

Not going to make a massive difference with either.
F7r head and add some hotter cams is what you really want in order to make good use of the bodies.
