Also included a photo of the mini which is a 1968 Cooper S,

See, I think that Williams is a nice car and fairly priced considering the spec.
The mini is JUST SO CUTE!!!! Are those like mini R888's?
Where are you based mate? What bhp is the Willy?
Also, I can see negative camber on the front of the Willy there...what have you used to dial that camber in?
mmm i can see some big brakes too under those wheels
Love this car, looks very clean nice one mate
The mini may look cute, but it is a little pocket rocket, when I switch the nos on it has 140bhp, with the weight of it just over 600 it equal 233bhp per ton. Without the nos it is around 170 per ton.Originally Posted by Wobba
It run coilover set up and a beam axle, the tries are A32R which grip like hell.
I am based around 12 miles from Chester just in Noeth Wales.
The williams is running 190bhp. With print out.
The spec on the engine is.
A fully rebuild 2500 miles ago.
Fully gas flowed head, kent cams, pulleys, forged bottom end, gripper diff, chipped ecu, adjustable fuel regulator, and loads more.
It has been built for hill climbing so it tops out around 115mph. But the way is gets there is a really blast.
Set up of the car takes a with lot a doing a runs to get it right. but what is right for me may not be right for someone else. The mini took over 3 weeks off doing lots for runs to get it right. With the Williams depending which run and the type of road, depends on the set I would use.
I think the car was fairly priced, when you think it had over £11k spent on it over the last 5 years. All with repecits.
The full spec on the Williams is endless.
If I get chance I will do a detailed spec sheet on the car for you all to veiw.
Thanks for the comments on the car.
As said before we'll have to get a mini meet arranged when my car is back on the road (hopefully at the end of the month) I'm sure Jamie will be up for it too, he's not far from chester either
hi mate specs would be good..
how you finding the gripper..
A mini meet up would be good. There are loads of great roads in North Wales,
The gripper did get a little bit of getting use to it. But have to say when you get the hang off it, it's bloody great. Loads of grip in the corners.
is this the williams that was / is on ebay - the trackday / hillclimb one ?
