not too sure - i know phase one works in a phase 2 car as ive done this myself.
If the phase 2 ecu doesnt have a built in imobaliser then it should work fine.
what engine ??
can you explain this a bit better , why do you want to
run it without the lambda ??
if it helps r19 16v ecus seem to work on all f7p s ragerdless
of ph etc .
iam making a engine swap, i have a phase 1 wiring, and a phase 2 ecu
is the only diference in the wirings is one having the lambda and the other dont ?
They both have a lambda sensor
ayee as far as i know ,all valvers had lambdas ^^
may be someone cut it off the wiring ??
I used a ph2 ECU in my old ph1 valver from Stan ages ago and it was fine. Used another ph2 board on my Williams (it had a swappable EPROM chip carrier) and that worked as well but the board had a fault and was revving at 2.5k. Still, it worked.
