    i have a kenwood but was told at halfords i can not get one to fit origanel plug .. also the kenwood screen not working so am after a new one

    This is what you need:

    Then you need a calbe for the brand of head unit you buy (there's links for the different brands at the bottem of the page)

    I havn't got one yet, but it's on my "to buy" list

    it says 98 and onwards . so if i get a lead i get it for the car not the headunit

    Yes but it's the same for the older models:



    You buy that lead for the car, then another lead for you brand of headunit, which is lower down on the page that i posted a link to and connect them together.

    I make it £34.99 delivered with the kenwood option.

    Still expensive, but i recon would be worth it. Head unit's quite far away which makes volume control difficult.
