    Yep its mine! lol

    Not the best looking car on the planet but goes well enough...bottom end isn't too healthy...could be 2ltr time and really give the 16vs a beating lol

    i'm not doubting what you say about the 2 litre option,i were just sayin that some people dont want to go to such drastic measures as an engine swap to gain more power,if cams and headwork were used on a decent 1.8 they could always be carried over to a 2.0 when the time arose

    aiming for the middle on june at the moment. had a mare with the axle and fuel tank this weekend. ended up drill a few bolts out. tanks back in cars fully waxoyled but still having a job with one seized torsion bar.

    This is an age old debate....

    Put a decent exhaust, chip, IK and decat on a valver and you'll get 150 bhp - willy power! The only difference is the willy has a better low down torque, but in my experience they dont light up as much at 4k like a valver does.

    Not every one wants to go to the hassle of changing an engine and may have a perfectly good F7P engine that there is no point in changing, EVERY time someone asks a question on this site about tuning a valver everyone comes back with F7R. Its getting a bit tiresome tbh, the guy asked about head tuning and your all going on about engine swapping
