This is an age old debate....
Put a decent exhaust, chip, IK and decat on a valver and you'll get 150 bhp - willy power! The only difference is the willy has a better low down torque, but in my experience they dont light up as much at 4k like a valver does.
Not every one wants to go to the hassle of changing an engine and may have a perfectly good F7P engine that there is no point in changing, EVERY time someone asks a question on this site about tuning a valver everyone comes back with F7R. Its getting a bit tiresome tbh, the guy asked about head tuning and your all going on about engine swapping
