The red Micra with the "1Litre" badge on the back
they got to 310bhp before it jumped out of the rollers... it's believed to be around 400bhp on high boost
12.36 @ 125.7 mph

lol!
Now I know what to do with our lasses grandmas car
good old micra!
seen that thing at crail before and it was RAPIDO!
think its from up aberdeen direction iirc
what engine is in it? didnt think much could fit in them engine bays, there tiny!
i recall someone telling me they did a limited edition 1.0 turbo and 1.3 turbo in japan! don't know about what bhp this would push out?? There is one going round leicester and its supposed to be 200bhp froma 1.0, possible??????????????????????
SR20DET (2.0 16v turbo) from Nissan (in the GTi-R, Silvia, 180/200sx) I think mateOriginally Posted by Williams-Jr
yeah think ur rite zollo! iirc its a 2.0l turbo engine, completly rebuilt etc etc etc.
best thing about it is that its a total sleeper. dont look any different to a stock 1.0l mirca!
And they can be made to handle pretty good as well. Wife's old micra had Nismo F/R sway and F strut bars, Tein progressive coils and koni yellows. Lowered the height quite a bit and yet the ride was better than standard comfort. It would turn on a dime, just don't ask the 1L engine to do too much work. Only problem with the car was a very weak chassis/shell. They must have strengthen it a lot to make use of all that power.
I think the Sunny/Pulsar 1.6L engine would drop straight in but not sure if the 200SX would fit though.
i remember seing the engine bay, and there was fook all room in it. im 90% sure it was a nissan engine, but i cant remember. Im sure its a 2.0L turbo with forged internals etc to run that kinda power.
as you see from the video, traction (which is always crap at crail) was a major problem thru first, second and third. no idea if those were road tyres or what used for that run
310 bhp before it jumped out of the rollers - must have been a poor rolling road. Awesome sleeper !!!!Originally Posted by Andyvalver
