Banana Vs Wet 1/4 mile strip!

Came up against it today and lost! Managed to get the power down in first being very careful but 2nd gear kept spinning up! :( Crap times...best was 15.3@93mph. Hope it's sunny on 1st May for thr next one. Not that busy in class c for a change and raced a escort rst and golf gti twice each spanking them convincingly. Closest anyone got to me was a stripped 306 Rallye who apparantly ran a 15.2 but did a 16.1(ish) against me (15.6)... Was entertaining watching the cossies and caterhams going sideways down the strip though! :o

Hmm maybe I broke it then ... Did you really run that good a time in the wet!? 2live was'nt running much quicker the next day so I don't think it was too far wrong. Thinking of going down pod this Saturday to get a decent time down.....
