I've made an animated GIF. It's 60 kb and when I try to upload it the website keeps moaning that it has to be 8 kb. How can I reduce the file.
Could some clever and altuistic person fix it for me if I emailed it to them?

Done it! Looks crap though.
I still have the pictures so if some kind person still want to make a better one for me I'd be much obliged!
