Lights

my 94-M reg valver keeps popping fuses for the rear nearside light. the brake lights and the indicators still work but the light doesn't!
please help i had to put a 20amp fuse in to get me home last nite as there was loads of police about and i popped that this morning!!! I have checked the earth on the tailight and it is fine, also the bulbs are all fine.

Any suggestions???

Check along the live wire for shorts

ok thanks for the reply, allthough i don't kno the first place to look?? i changed the bulbs although they were fine and checked for water in the cluster, i have also checked all the fuses.

ok i have now changed everything from fuses to bulbs, ripped up the carpet and interier trim to look for shorts but my wires are all taped up in electrical tape, should i un wrap all this to look for shorts??
