MK1 CLIO 16V - Breaking For Spares.

Hi,

Its an L Reg Clio 16v in White. Has covered 98k miles. During that time the engine overheated an had a head gasket failure.

The engine was then, skimmed and refurbished apparently with parts of the head replaced as neccesary. Thats all the info i have about the engine. i only took ownership of this car today, purely to split it for spares, its been sitting for a while.

I cannot get the engine started, the battery is dead, i changed the battery and all the dash lights work, fuel pump prime, turn the key and nothing, starter motor doesnt do anythink, i think it could be the Clifford Immobiliser playing up.

Its in "OKish" condition, usual wear and tear. If theres anything you want or would like a better picture of, or a better description of the condition, dont hesitate to PM me.

nope, my phase 2 has got a phase 1 wheel on it.

i'll take the bonnet, wings and bumper please mate subject to a better outline of their condition. Bonnet looks to have some rust spots from what i can see and the bumper has some paint cracks.

a close-up side shot of just the drivers door side on

one so you can see along it, showing up any dings?

a pic of the drain holes and bottom of the door on the inside?

OK here they are:

Please note the green stuff is moss, not rust the car has been sitting for 1 year +, and i havent cleaned it properly.

One tiny dink in the door which is hard to see cos of the white paint. Little parts of tiny chipped paint, and a small bit of rust.
