    engine sensors.. which one...

    Which sensors in the engine control the interior dials...

    ie which sensor in the water system (there's one in the rad 2 ith the side of the head) controls the dash indicarot. if i found out which one ill just put the sensor into my engine to make that work (does that make sence )

    i also need to no which one for oil Presure and oil temp..

    oil temp (it is the same sensor that indicate the level of oil, euh to know how much oil there is in the carter)

    your welcome!

    Oil pressure sensor is between the mainfold and the head motor, and the temp oil is next to the oil filter but difficult to remove ;)

    nice one mate... yer no where they are now... you got any ideas what color the wire is to the oil presure sensor... my looms missin one.. also do you no what part of the loom controls the rev counter. is it take of the coil somewhere or from the ecu....

    Oil pressure wire is normally purple with a connecting plug (Black round) next to the flywheel sensor connecting plug (Grey oval).
    Revs are taken from the pink wire of the white plug connecting to the coil.

    All good... Just got my new Emerald ECU...

    had to wait for my remote oil filter kit to come (there's no foom for it as its on the front of the engine, it just fouls the rad)

    But not far to go now.....


    FCS will be its relise....
